The popularity of fantasy sports is only the tip of the iceberg in the synergy between social media and sports. Active communities already exist and new social networks are forming every day. It’s up to the teams and brands to engage and connect with this audience in new, innovative ways. This panel will discuss and analyze case studies of sports/social media execution, report on current trends in the space, and predict the future of social media’s impact on sports from the brand, team and media perspective.
